Just in time for valentine's day, I give you these delicious chocolate brownies. Everyone prefers their brownies a little bit differently- some like them chewy and fudgy, others crumbly and cakey. With this recipe I tried to find a middle ground between these two extremes, and I am pretty sure I succeeded.
